Beers
Amity Pale Ale. Our signature pale. American Pilsen malt and British Amber malt combine to give Bunker Ale its smooth balanced sweetness. Carapils Malt and Crystal Malt provide the bright orange/gold color and distinctive lacing and head retention. We us only Cascade hops: The quintessential American hop variety with a smooth flowery, and citrusy, grapefruit aroma.
It’s the Great Pumpkin Ale
Fall on Long Island means raking leaves, trick or treat, devastating hurricanes, and losing power. That’s why we made our boozy Pumpkin Ale! All American Pilsen and Amber malts are blended with pure roasted pumpkin for a smooth body and slightly sweet flavor. American Fuggles and Willamette hops for balance, with hints of nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon.
The Lawnmower
(Aka: “The Bag O’ Grass”) Stand back. Get the rake, and the big leaf bags. Our Big IPA, for the serious beer lover. This one has American Pilsen malt, Carapils malt, English Crystal malt, and English Pale Ale malt, to get its distinctive color and flavor. Our own blend of four different hops, to weed out the weaklings: Northern Brewer: A strong fragrant hop with a rich rough-hewn flavor and aroma. Northern Brewer has a unique mint-like evergreen flavor. Cascade: Flowery, with grapefruit fragrance Columbus (aka Tomahawk): This hop has enough alpha acid to remove the teeth from your mouth, if you aren’t careful. Stop whining. Centennial: Flowers & citrus most evident. A medium aroma with mid to high bittering value makes it a dual purpose choice. We dry hopped with Centennials.
Panzerfaust Oktoberfest
(“Armor-fist”) Brewed in accordance with the original German beer purity law; The Reinheitsgebot of 1516 (say “rhine-heights-ge-boat”); only barley, hops, and water are allowed. Germans are strict! German Pilsen malt is infused with authentic copper Munich Malt and crushed sweet Caramel malt to give Panzerfaust its traditional Oktoberfest Amber Marzen character. Only Hallertauer noble hops from Germany are used to finish this Teutonic knockout.
Amity Christmas Ale
The chill of a North Atlantic winter calls for an ale with extra flavor and strength. With a sturdy texture, and rich flavors of caramel and chocolate, our Christmas seasonal is the fermented equivalent of a good fire. 7% ABV
